This song is such a meditation...on the temporary nature of things "there won't be too many days like today", and on infinite themes...colors..."golden fields go by, golden sun goes down, connections.., the passage of time...the smallness of humans and our possessions ("like a cartoon car") and our the need for meditation on the world around us, slowing down, the here and now. Poetry of the highest order...
