Funny...your form is all wrong and you defend this. I think you have a false belief that size is more important than strength. I can swing my arms and curl 52.5 just like you are. The fact that you posted the weight for each lift shows that you are consumed in weights, not form or the optimization of muscle mass. This is probably due to you not being an athlete but in football and especially wrestling, you want to have the biggest output of strength with the lightest body weight. Strength domin

@TheRlb0304 athlete : ) in olympics, lifting, do they judge ppl on their form or the weight they lift and wait 2 secs? : ) i was an athlete and competing for 10 yrs.. strength, if you are strong, you can lift heavier. if you lift heavier you get stronger, simple.
