I have called an complained about this for the past two months. I still receive the stupid text stating that I'm in the top 5%. This is their way of limiting something that is unlimited. I like your idea about streaming while sleeping, screw them and their shitty ideas of screwing with our bandwidth.

I used to put on pandora and mute in and put the phone in my pocket at work after GAY T&T got rid of their unlimited plans. Even though I still had my unlimited plan, I wanted to say FUCK YOU GAY T&T!! I haven't done that in months, just forgot I guess. I do not use a lot of apps, nor do I play games, or skype, or anything. I mostly check email and read a news article or two on the web. SOMETIMES I might watch a short YouTube video. I completely agree with you I have the same situation I have 4 iPhones and I pay $110.00 for all the iPhones just for the data.
