  • LOl.."can't trust a lizard"..geez, label him Satan why don't you. This show is really hitting th bottom of the barrel.

  • @Chastrie They already knew they were getting cancelled when they filmed this segment, so they were looking for "unique" situations for their final season.

That's not true, Monitors can be very affectionate, and great pets. They can be defensive, but most aren't aggressive.

  • nobody laugh at my cousin lewie and my aunt debby was tryin to help him

  • jeez if that lizard was doin that to my son i woulda cut off its head or something I don't care if it is wild or my pet.

  • @misspinkpunkykat

Yeah that's true, luckily all my monitors got the best life.

  • funnily i was at the pet store yesterday and little 9-11inch bosc monitors and i had my hand in with 2 very agressive ones but it was due to them being young and not handled

  • @Ultimategrid Poor monitors! I've seen several videos of them on You Tube and they can be very sweet and friendly if given the chance...but the owners are adults.

The kid in this video even admitted to "teasing" Homer. He probably had it coming.

  • @misspinkpunkykat

That is most certainly true, as I have owned monitors in the past. Far too many have been abused by owners who have no idea how to care for them.

  • I'm glad they didn't hurt the lizard. Monitors can make good pets, but not for children or first time lizard owners. A bearded dragon or leopard gecko is a better option.

  • How did they film this segment? Did they use a real lizard and a fake finger or vice versa?
