I had to swap out the Maxwell Track so the audio was replaced, but i actually like this better! Sooo You can't tell what I'm saying: BatWing #3, uses 2lbs wrist weights.

Once you understand how to 'Find. Engage. Maintain' your AR Points this will make more sense to you. At the very least do the first BatWing Blaster 1 & 2 to work up to this more intense sequence.

I'm not counting & cueing we are simply moving steadily and surely to fatique....it's understood at this point that you KNOW what to do and how to follow...if not don't do this sequence until you view it a few times.
