  • Everyone commenting on how "that's not change", your logic is the same as someone who says, "A human being for president?!?! THAT'S NOT CHANGE!!!"

So is EVERY person that is working in his administration supposed to be some 23 year old Berkley grad with a "SICK NEW VISION, BRO!"?!? NO. We need experience, and he needs some people to represent his promised bipartisanship. His LEADERSHIP and the direction of the administration is the

    CHANGE. So STFU, haters.

  • We the people uniformly agreed against the bailout and it's like D.C. gave us the finger. I've never felt so powerless. We're screaming NO! NO! NO! and D.C. is laughing F You! F You! F You!

We've got some serious problems ahead of us if we the people no longer have representation. The states lost their representation in D.C. a while ago.

Who speaks for anyone anymore? Forget the guy watching the watch dog, where did the watch dog go?

  • ANY GUYS UP?

  • President elect Mr. Obama, Never before have we had anyone to take action the way he has before Jan twenty. I believe that President Elect Obama, will be one of the best we've had. I'm proud of him and his choices.

God be with them from the nut cases who can't stand the fact that we now have someone with a brain and knows how to use it!

  • Agreed, it doesn't sit well with me either. The fed is highly evil, and that pick did confuse me a little.

  • your faith in obama is quick to judge, and very closed-minded.

    speaks volumes about your character!

I will believe it when i see it that he's any different from any of the presidents we've had since Kennedy. So far he's proving he's not.

  • I do agree with a new system but I don't agree with what zeitgeist proposes. Personally I don't think its possible. I think a good start would be going back to a silver standard because silver is harder to manipulate then gold. we can work from there.

  • Personally i wish there were many more parties that represented more americans. The more parties the more discussion which might be considered a road block but some things need to be road blocked. One party is like communist china. It would be nice if the political system would work in a way that people could be individuals but it won't cause it costs to much money to run. If both parties ran coherently together we'd probably already be in in iran.

  • I am also going to note that mccain would have probably made a similar if not the exact same mistake.

  • The federal reserve is an independent organization not under any oversight from the president. Alan Greenspan admitted this, it is fact. Putting someone who is in charge of this profit gaining corporation that has too much power as is, and make them secretary of treasury is A. not change and B. a bad idea. The markets may go up but its going to cost us in debt and most likely a tax increase all around or super inflation. Obama is smart but I disagree strongly with this decision.

  • yeah, there the people get free medical care. BLASPHEMER HEATHENS, COMMIE PINKO BASTARDS, CARING ABOUT IS CITIZENS AND WHATNOT.

in b4 "their med care is sub-par and they come to america for better" etc.

  • Just to let you know, Canada is three times as socialist as the US.
