Yes it is. The 3300 is just de-bored version of the 3800 engine. Also very good.

@Jon3800 Oh yeah fail I got these confused with the 2.8 3.1 3.4 and 3.5 but both 60 and 90 degree engines sound awesome btw is the GM 3.3 a smaller version of the 3.8?

Why not DynoMax? They're pretty good, but go for the Ultra Flow model.
