iţi amesteci maţele la greu, antrenoarea face zilnic asta şi nu se observă ceva gen pielea lipită de muşchi sau fără ceva ţesut adipos, mă aştept la mai mult pe câtă tevatură se face pe seama acestui semisport intr.un final distractiv dar nu şi util corpului pt scopul creat !

How much fun!!! I want some! Do you feel as winded as you would without them? What is on the bottom to keep you from slipping? It looks like you can pivot easily with them. Man, they look like a blast to use.

yes, I love those kangoo jumps too. Unfortunately they are too expensive over here. don't know any fitness that has classes in them because they do not want to buy equipment that doesn't fit everyone. (shoesize!)
Have fun with them. Looks like you won't be needing a 'commercial' certificate. you are so creative and experienced!

That is exactly the hurdle I have to jump. It is a shame that they don't make boots that fit all and I can understand the gyms not wanting to spend the money. I am at present buying them when they come on ebay as they seem pretty cheap. And the co-ordinator is hopefully going to put on a demo and let the peeps know if they want the classes on, they will have to buy their own kangoo's, so that the gym are not out of pocket. I will be getting certified as I want to teach it out in the community.
