My handlebars worked loose. Turns out, it was a worn riser bushing. So, this video shows you how to replace the bushings. The bushings and new bolts were $50.00 at the Harley shop.

    FYI: Harley has updated the top clamp to a solid one piece design.

    Secondly, You should be using some loc tote

    On those bolts...Safety First!

  • @AZshooterman I have no idea... But rest assured, if was going to be at a Harley Dealership, it was gonna be expensive. I'm sure they would have charged me plenty, prolly 3 hours of labor. Bushings were $2.00 a piece, and thanks to the service manual I bought off ebay for $30, I was able to do it myself. Your video helped too. Thanks!
