usually on JJ both parties look like idiots... but congrats to you, you came off completely dignified and professional.
...which is probably why they needed to edit in all those shots of you nodding.

this is an interesting study of body language; that guy's body language is a classic example of lying and the woman's body language clearly showing plain honesty...I'd have dismissed this case based on the body language myself lol. she seemed to be having fun being there, knowing she was telling the truth with a free ride to Hollywood and a fun day out to make that idiot look even more ridiculous. looks like a great day out to be honest. go you poster, you made that guy look a sold gold plonker

This channel probably doesn't belong to the defendant. All the other videos on this channel are also recorded off the TV. I would require silly home videos for me to be satisfied.

The plaintiff looks like he was trying to hold in the effects of a lunch at Taco Bell.

Did anyone notice how cute the defendant was? I would hit her car too, but just to get her number.

Congrats, you won the case.

I had some sorry sack of shit hit me and then take off. Fortunately I had my cell phone and the police were able to arrest him about 3 miles down the road. His excuses in court were similar to this jackass plaintiff but the judge laughed at him. He got PBJ which kind of pissed me off but the good thing is he now has a criminal record.

You're pretty :)

@hynsterharley - Wow, not one thing in your post is at all convincing. Conniving, yes, but not convincing. How did this ever end up in criminal court? And as a nearly-new attorney, I can tell you that even if you were in crim court for this, it's because *you* were on trial - which speaks volumes to begin with - and further, it was NEVER *proven* you didn't hit her car, there just wasn't sufficient evidence provided of such. And you're just making the case that you sued her baselessly with this.

woah, 7:04 is a pretty scarey moment

@fpinksdovef Also, I can appreciate how professionally you guys presented yourself in court; it's rare to see that on JJ.<---- Good point. I also noticed that JJ treated them nicer than the usual litigants.
I'm pretty sure this is a troll thread. The people in the video, and the wife of the accused are most likely not commenting on this.

@safetosaydontquoteme I can promise you, I am the defendant in the video and the one who posted it. No trolls here! I can't say for certain if it is really the plaintiff and his ex-wife commenting, but the person claiming to be the plaintiff was spouting very similar garbage in his comment to what the guy suing me said before, most of which isn't seen in the episode. If he isn't the plaintiff, the person commenting probably knows him personally.

I am the ex-wife of that poor excuse of a man. As for my son, once again, his father displayed poor behavior, as always and continues to do so because he is a selfish, narcisstic LOSER. He even tried to blame me for this incident..he's crazy. All of you commenting hit the nail on the head!! Ms.Cooper, good job!! Hope all is well with you.

@triz901 Good for you for escaping an abusive relationship! People have no idea how scary he can be from watching this video, he cleans up well. I thought he might get out of his car and hit me, he was so screaming mad. I can't believe he tried to blame the accident on you! Check out his recent moronic comments below (hynsterharley), he's still lying to himself and the world about it. I hope your son takes more after you! Good luck, and I hope all is well with you, too!

Its sad this woman Michelle is really not telling the people out there the real truth about this case It was proven in criminal court that I never hit her car. My ins company found out she had several rearend ins claims. Ins adjusters concluded her car and mine never came in contact. Wish that I took this case to the local civil court, an this show boat woman would had to pay the $5000 I was sueing her for instead of going on Judge Judy Comedy Court I am glad not all courts are like this!!! @hynsterharley You couldn't keep your story straight, showing the world what a liar you are. Why would I invent an accident but never attempt to get any money from you or your insurance? You're the one looking for free money, not me. Sad thing is, if you had just been decent and apologetic after the accident, I likely would never have called the police. I really didn't need the hassle. I had hoped you would learn a lesson about your behavior, but clearly that didn't happen.
