  • I found this video a few weeks back now, to see if I had made to right choice when it came to the new WW plan. (I've done the old plan before) This video was so helpful that I knew I had done the right thing. Last week, in my first week on the plan I lost an incredible 5lbs, I'm expecting this weight loss to slow down, but I was so impressed. To keep me going I've also started a blog to document my weight loss, so I'd just like to say thank you for the added motivation. x

  • this makes me want to try it! i've just been generally eating healthy and have lost 10lbs, but a points system would keep me more motivated. :)

  • @yellowlollipop85 u should not eat potaoes/rice/pasta/beans if u wanna loose weight!! starchy foods are not friendly foods for weight loss!! u should eat meat/fish/eggs/cheese with veggies/salads and some berries with yogurt..

  • I started on Wednesday and so far I'm loving it! My weigh-in is tomorrow but I already peeked and I've lost 4lbs already! :) Apart from fiddling with the tracker I don't really feel like I'm on a diet although I do hate having to spend soo many points on things like pasta or potatoes.
