We have lots of leftover bread from the holidays. I can't wait to try these, they look amazing! Do you think it will matter that the bread has been frozen?

@29def90 No, it will not matter at all. I buy all of my loaf bread from a big bakery here in town that sells their day-olds cheap.  I buy the day-olds, and, freeze them. That is basically how I keep most of my bread. So whenever I have a loaf, I unthaw it. Some people think it's weird but I have always done it this way. I go through it fast so it never sits around the freezer long and it always tastes super fresh and has a perfectly normal texture when I unthaw it.

Got a great shot of energy from this tonight! The mindset is not well known, nor are these treats. I've decided to go around the neighborhood and collect everyone's leftover bread (I will inspect it though!), and with a trusty assistant, make all these, then return generous portions to everyone. They will be astounded, and love it!

I made all of these two nights ago. They were wonderful. I usually make the other bread desserts with french bread but I like these better. LOL. I am an experimenter so I will eventually use other can fruits for this. Thanks.

I always joke about all the good food laying all over at my friend Steve's house because they are bone skinny people there. If it was at my house the food would be gone in less than 3 days lol. Sometimes i tell them i will take any food they dont use ha ha!
