Hi Echo: What I do is I feed him fresh fruits and veggies in the morning (enough to last the day) and also Roudybush pellets. I use his favorite seeds (safflower, sunflower, and nuts) only for training (and sometimes I hide some around the branch/cage for foraging.)

i dont mean to be mean he really didnt hi-five u. but i understand because he's only 4 months old and once he gets older he'll be better and can also get better by more practice. ; ) good luck with ur bird!!!
