  • Very good! Maybe I would like to have the sheet...

  • I studied this piece using original cello score. I just transposed it without adding any notes. I didn't bother to write it down for the guitar. Try it yourself, you will get inspiration for the phrasing and articulation from cello score!

  • Very well done.

  • I understand why you would play the original part as written (although you did transpose it), but the guitar is capable of so much more counterpoint. Bach himself arranged some of these cello pieces for the lute or for keyboards, and he would always add notes (at least a bass line) and parts depending on the nature of the instrument he was transcribing for. Anyways, nice playing, but there are lots of good arrangements that are more suited to the guitar.

  • Nicely done. I transcribed the Prelude in C from cello to classical guitar, and it was a bit of work! Do you have copies of your transcriptions in C that you would be willing to share/sell?

  • Thank you for this idea!!!Gigue would be much easier without alll added notes for guitar score.

  • You really do the piece justice as it sounds very appealing, however I wonder if it is just a little stiff. In other words let the music flow out from the instrument a little more. Just a thought. I really enjoy your vids, especially the more recent ones. Late.

  • Very good, Kosei! congratulations
