The problem I see with your fictitious name on your credit card is that the people behind the counter ALWAYS ask to see a driver's license; linking you to this credit card. How do you explain the name difference? Does it even matter? If somebody wants your CC number you just gave it to them. Somewhere you documented the altered name and it appears on your statement. So how exactly did this help you?

if you purchase an old cable set top box, and hook it up into the cable feed, you can watch everyone elses room.. what movies they are renting, what names are attached to the rooms. everything.. to be really safe UNHOOK not just unplug the TV.
