The Lost Video Blog - Animal Crossing Addiction

This was my very first video blog ever, and I didn't want to post it because it is utterly embarrassing, but I finally chose to go ahead and post it because to those who have seen it, many believe it is my funniest one. In it, I talk about my addiction to Animal Crossing: Wild World for Nintendo DS. Enjoy.

PS: Please excuse the blurriness because it was my very first blog. Also, this blog does contain some language - which is not a regular for me.

I received City Folk on Christmas 2008 and played it every day until May 16 2011. Now, I'm going to restart my game. Guys... if I end up playing it daily again, I want you to come to my house and smash my Wii with a mallet. :(

i havnt played in 3 and a half years but im still addicted. i have dreams about it and i will never get over my addiction. im clean of it but im will never stop wanting to play. that game is satan.

when you get addicted to this game all you want to do is talk about what you did that day in the game and how your neighbors are to everyone but they will all think your freaks... :(

How to play Animal Crossing and not be addicted:

1. Reserve a small plot of land for yourself, say 1-4 acres large and create a border of patterns or easels to mark your territory. Don't care for the rest of the town, let the weeds grow and animals move.

2. Do not become attached to the animal townsfolk in any way, just ignore all of them. Except for the permanent ones. Those are there to stay.

3. Don't be a completionist. Try not to get town status 100% or any of that crazy shit.
