  • do I use the conditioner first then the re moist

  • @TeAngel87 You would want to use the remoist on freshly cleansed hair.

  • it says to use the cleanser before the re-moist; does that mean apply the cleanser, and then rinse it out? or do i just apply the re-moist ontop of the cleanser?

  • @sayedayumshecool123 The six pumps that you apply to your hair prior to applying the Re-Moist Hydrating Mask is meant to be left-in because it is being used as a primer.

  • I used this today in lavender and love it....I have medium length hair, fine in texture ,but thick. I still feel I need to use the cleansing conditioner daily. Yesterday I tried just wetting my hair down and then styling and it did not feel light and fresh. I feel my hair is the texture of yours Chaz--however I have oily skin and hair. I am a natural blonde. Is it ok to cleanse and condition daily as I am accustomed to doing so?

  • @Jenniferde2007 Hello there! Yes, since our products are not damaging in any way it is actually beneficial to use them as often as you'd like. You also want to keep in mind, if ever your hair is looking oily, weighed down or greasy, it just means you need to increase the amount of cleansing conditioner you are using. Hope this helps!

  • Hello there!

If your hair is very dry and needs a lot of moisture, using more pumps is necessary to give your hair what it needs. Our products only ever provide your hair with nutrients, so using 8 pumps on your hair won't damage it in any way. I hope this helps!

  • I accidentally used 8 pumps as a leave in.....is that bad??????
