What ridiculous criticisms. The woman in red speaks very fluent English. Her accent is audible but it's very mild and I had zero difficulty in understanding anything she said. In any event, this recipe is wonderful! What an easy way to use leftovers in a way that's a new dish unto itself and without the guilt of discarding them wastefully. Wonderful!

who cares if they have accents! This is america people, if you have a problem with people of other backgrounds and cant accept the fact that we live in a society where everyone is welcome and equal, then get the fuck out and live under a rock.

Yogurt may curdle as it gets baked. You can serve the rice with yogurt.
