This is a view from my front yard during the rainstorm on August 23, 2007, in Palatine IL. My neighbor Jim got to use his canoe! The building across the street (river) is Lincoln Elementary School.

this was so bad I mean I live Palatine area I mean my basement flooded my yard was seriously a pool my pool flooded

I was so bad, for the first day i think my school(district 15) was open like as a day care thing but you had to drive your kid but my mom kept me home just incase sure enough wter came in through the cieling tiles in our basement. I was so bad
