@MPJRules They're about 20$ on Thinkgeek and going for around 9$ - 15$ on Ebay.

There is no memory, no webcam, and they're very fragile apparently. I had to send three back before getting a functional one, and even then it lasted a week before the movement motors in the neck gave out so all you could hear was 'click click click' when it tried to move it's head. Please seek more reviews on these little guys before buying them, but they're not worth the money IMO.

mine the head moves, the eyes closed about a day after getting it and never opened again.

mine died very quickly. the rubber bands inside wear out very soon
