Yeah..I believe she thought that.but that kind of issues Shane have to fix it on her own..there are many options..but no..the viable thing she could do at that moment was to left Carmen and break her precious heart.Stupid and unconscious decision.

@sophieaux I cried for Carmen and I wanted to smash Shane. How could you allow someone so beautiful, sweet, kind, and compassionate walk out on you. Shane's biggest problem is that she still had her "Abandonment Issues" that she still bought to the table, in retrospect maybe Carmen not marrying Shane was a blessing, Shane would have had so many trust issues that Carmen would have left her and then in her own mind Shane would confirm that once again she was "abandoned"

@music12370 i feel the exact same way. after carmen vanished and i couldn't believe that she doesn't appear ever in the show, i gave up. for me, the show was bullshit after that. i knew that after they disappointed me first with tim leaving, then carmen, i knew the show is just bad. piece of crap. they make you fall in love with something and then they take it away from you.
