everything is fine, except for the last girl on the left hand side (purple costume). She is messing up the sequence. Good dance, though!

the people below dont seem to realise that even though its not the best dance ever atleast they have all tried and their timing is quite good. and as for keeping traditions alive if girls like them didnt dance half way across the world from India then there is no way the traditions would continue.
so well done guys it looks good, mistakes here and there but havent we all made those?
and they are not abusing the costumes, all the steps used more or less are bharatanatyam steps, so no abuse!

SHUT UP! i think that is a reallly goood attempt so they may nto be the best or perfect but they tried and gave it there all well done!! i do khatak dancing which is a bti similar to Bharatnatiyumm. keep it going welldone.

yeah, i used to be really into this kinda dancing. tried it a couple of times (my friends taught me). i danced to this song. i still love the music and dancing. i just realized how much i sucked and stopped.

Sometimes, you need to change some "tradititons" and try something new.
They aren't breaking the law of Barathanatayam or anything, lol

What's wrong with all of you? That's not abusing the costume at all. In fact, they are even using bharatnatyam mudras/steps...I don't see any disrespect in this. And this isn't a typical Bollywood film song (just because it was in a movie doesn't make it 'filmy'), it is a semi-classical song. Perfect choice of song, good choice of costume, wonderful dance.
