@Iainofthemeteor Both Quake games have VERY iconic and famous soundtracks, but the Steam versions don't have the music with it. I have no idea why.

The music is recorded in CD audio format so if you disable the audio from your optical drive you won't hear it. The music was written and performed by Rob Zombie, I think and it is great!

I remember playing this on Playstation when I was a kid, the levels look so much better on PC i didn't actually recognize any of level until about 8 minutes into the video. I still loved it though.

@Fallrider Quakes 1 and 2 both have no music I've ever heard, and no options for music volume or anything....?

@Iainofthemeteor They do, do you have a bootleg copy, or are you playing a console version of the two? It's in general options if my memory serves me right.
