I foresee much pain and many bruises from this one but it looks awesome so I will just have to suffer:)

Ahhh!!! Been working on this since late June and FINALLY got it today! FEELS FRICKEN AWESOME! I had a sort of cheaters way of doing it by not letting the hoop go a full rotation around my neck (it kept just falling) but I finally got it right. :D Thanks soooo much Babz for all your tutorials. Love you!

I've been using a 1/2" pex hoop to practice this and it's a great hoop to do this with because it's super bouncy/springy, so it takes the problem of being able to bounce the hoop in the opposite direction out of the picture.
However, my biggest problem is keeping the hoop going once I duck inside of it. Most of the time it just drops. Still working on it! I can really feel that my stomach and back has gotten stronger from practicing this though. It used to kill. Doesn't anymore. :D
HOW DO YOU BREAK WITH YOUR ELBOW!! AHHHHH! :P can't do it.

Thank you Babz! I LOVE all your tutorials and really appreciate the time you put into sharing your awesomeness. I'm so glad I looked at this video again. I've been working on this move for a while and realized I wasn't putting in the one spin on the behind-the-back elbow but rather breaking and trying to lean right into the hoop. NOW I "get" it. Hope to meet/hoop with you someday :) ~ Lisa B

AHHHH this is so frustrating. I have bruises all over my body trying to get this down. I am having lots of trouble with the bump to change the hoop directions.

@leslief86 you really have to "push" the hoop back with the outside elbow and really have to "pull" the hoop back with the elbow thats inside the hoop to get some good momentum going!
