Advice #1 STOP usin lines to crossfade, thats what the crossfader is for
#2 NEVER mix dialogue (it sounds awfull)
#3 Fading in is amatuerish, throw it in with the crossfader, would make you both look and sound better
Other than that, some bits were nice others were not, you'll get there keep trying!
