Linda Goodman Tribute - Lost and Lonely Angels

A song inspired by the wonderful Linda Goodman's poem "The Planets", which is in her book "Love Signs". She was Aries and it shows! Here are the lyrics:
We're lost and lonely Angels falling

We've fought a long and bitter war
To reach that final distant shore
In a misty galaxy of stars
Wounded cruelly by the thrust of Mars
Caught and lost in Neptune's tangled web
Torn_asunder by Uranus, left for dead
Tortured long by Mercury's clever lies
Crushed beneath the weight of Saturn's ice.
Blinded by the Sun's exploding pride
As Eve and Adam deep inside us cried
We're lost and lonely Angels falling
We're lost and lonely Angels calling
Still we fought the everlasting war,
The pounding drums of Jupiter we saw.
Going mad before the enticing Moon
Falling down at Pluto's silent tomb
Consumed by sadness, set in bleak despair,
The wounds and scars of battle such we bear
But now together hand in hand in Peace
The circle made and with it our release.

Crowned by gentle Venus with her love
That did not die but lingered from above
Now with all our scattered pieces whole
United once again as the Twin Soul.
