@valeagathon < i'm surprised by your interest in this matter. The language is just one, and only after 1960s the serbian rulers of the former Bulgarian province manged to enforce the "new Macedonian" which is a heavily polluted with serbinan west Bulgarian dialect. The alphabet was also replaced with serbo-Bulgarian mix of letters. All of this was done with the intention to assimilate the population of FIROM in to serbia.

@IArYAI i read much about fyrom.i do not speak bulgarian or "macedonian"but i know for sure that "macedonian"is widely considered an artificial dialect of bulgarian.they're the same language,even mutually intelligible.even if you put something in a translator you receive almost the same text in both "macedonian"and bulgarian,i tried by myself.

@Playboytaxi that was what i said up.it was regional,and thus officially for all inhabitants of macedonia,but de facto a bulgarian tool.the vmro was dominated by bulgarians,some greeks,vlachs,albanians too were present,but the VMRO was a bulgarian organization.i said what you said now.read better next time.

@valeagathon ,no its not true. The idea was for independant Macedonian state,with all natioanalities-Bulgarians,Greeks,Turks,Albanians,Vlachs... to live in this state with the same rights. FYROMacedonian nation,alphabeth and language was komunist idea,and created by the serbians.....with 30% serbian words and letters in the alphabet ,with fake history , little by little to serbinized the population ...

@Playboytaxi in fact the VMRO,the original one,was OFFICIALLY for all of the inhabitants of the region,but,de facto,it was an instrument of bulgarian imperialism.macedonian people were invented by bulgarian intellectuals,though yugoslavia gave them some more things.

@valeagathon VMRO used "Macedonian" only as regional mean,not as nationality. VMRO always say in its newspapers and documents that the population in Macedonia is Bulgarian,vlah,greek,turk,albanian.... The soo caled Yugoslav Macedonian nation,alphabeth and language is serbo-komunist creation. I have over 3500 documents related to VMRO and Macedonia,some of these i translate in English. Look at my Blog and you will find the truth...
