@h5u7p5gt the thing is look you have to start from the basics if you abuse your body too much without a strong base that's going cause injury, you cannot compare someone who's normal to someone like usain bolt.....plus they've been training for 10 years

the question I would pose to the trainer regarding allowing your body to fully recover is how do Olympic athletes train for hours and hours throughout the day, 7 days a week and not require such periods of rest and still achieve the highest levels of physical fitness?
