  • @bilobrotherz It's pretty tough cause you're not always allowed to eat meals in class. If you can't eat meals, use your blender and blend up a nice shake with some protein, carbs (maybe some oats or something), and a little bit of fats (almonds, flaxseed oil, etc), too. You can drink when walking between classes every 3 hours.

  • Not being a jerk, but to be honest I am a bodybuilder who cannot keep a strict diet due to various problems and lack of motivation but I do train hard every week and I look great. However, the point to this comment is that I eat junk food heeeeeeeeeps. Idk if this is because i'm an ectomorph but I do look great. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING JUNK, So for all your fatties thinking hey look at this guys comment, eff off ;) and go to the gym. This guy is telling the truth.

  • Oh hello! Have you ever tried the Fat Blast Furnace (do a search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cooworker burned plenty of fat.
