Tales of Vesperia PS3 - Team Battle Arena: Merciless Rank (1/2)

First of all, yes I'm overleveled, this is actually hard the first time you do it. This recording was for fun anyway :P

This is easily the best extra on the PS3 version, had such a good time doing this.

The Merciless Rank is the last level of the team battle arena, this one works similar to other tales' team battles in coliseums. But this is my fav team battle arena in all the tales games I have played, mostly because after the 3 first teams you start fighting teams that are IMPORTANT and not just random monsters.

The first 3 teams don't matter, after them the next challenger is...

Team Schawnn Brigade:
Oh hell yeah, both Tweedles, Le Blanc and Schawnn himself (if you didn't put Raven in your party) will fight you. The Tweedles are still pathetic, Schawnn can still kick your ass if you give him the chance and Le Blanc is like a Flynn... but slower. After them the next challenger is...

Team Hunting Blades:
more hell yeah. Tison, Nan, Clint and Karol (if you didn't put him in the party) will fight you. Here Karol is the weakest of the group (very little HP) but Clint is your major problem here since he CAN FS you here (and believe me he will do it when he gets the chance) so kill him first to avoid some instant kills.

After them the next challenger is... next video.

@yumi2k8 because after you beat the game, you can continue your first playthrough, but get extra stuff, like Yuri's True Knight title. You get it after beating the game, but still in your first playthrough. I'm currently playing through the ps3 version, and I assume it's the same with the second MAs..

i see that you can fight leblanc in PS3 version.. what a nice addition.. now, if only you can fight against flynn brigade (flynn, sodia, and witcher), or you have an imperial knight captain team (alexei, flynn, scwann, and cumore.. yes cumore.. i really want to beat him up)

Well, he could have beaten Duke, but not restarted his file yet. Looking at his level, I'd say its very likely that's what he did.

Now i might be wrong here. And correct me if i am. But i thought you could only get there Second Mystic Artes after beating the game. If what i have said is correct. Then how can this be your first playthrough ?
