This video is well done but I am so suck of my Piezo ignitor system. Every year the same thing. Here I am, once again, sitting on the floor frustrated bc I can ignite the flame but as soon as I release the button, the fire goes out. The switches are so poorly designed. I have a Heat and Glow Supreme which lights from a front panel. On the valve control, it is not at all clear which direction on should be. This doesn't matter bc I cannot get it to stay lit. Another call to the company that sold
