it is a modification for bf2.
It is one of the best MODs of the world.
It is like reality , more difficult , more thrilling , more tactics , even More REALITY.

Maybe it's not the mod for you... check my other movies for some gameplay. If you don't like what you see it's not the game for you.

they are unwilling to change any PLA arsenals for some reason, maybe due to the lack of info.. such as on the type 96G or type 99G tanks.. or the REAL WZ-10 helicoptor..

Just look at projectreal mod, PLA still has the same old TANKS, choppers, Vehicles.

As do all the other factions as well with some exceptions. Saying that the mod is "unwilling" to update the PLA arsenal is something you can't say as it's not true. How about trying to help instead of just criticize? Get into modelling, texturing, importing, coding, tweaking and testing and see how hard it is to add a new vehicle or weapon to the game.
