Chapter 97: Still Crushing

"Wake up Sissy..." Nick said softly. I knuzzled my head into his chest. Don't tell me how we are in the exact same position as we were when we fell asleep. For some reason, if we sleep together we don't move. I guess we know subconsiously that we really don't want to. "Come one sweetie, time to get up. We have to be at American Idol in an hour!"

I hopped up. He laughed and got up as well. He kissed my cheek.

"Still have a crush on David Archuleta?" he asked. I blushed deeply. "I'll take that as a yes."

I stuck my tongue out at him. He chuckled.

"Get in the shower," he told me.

I kissed his cheek and did as he said. I walked into my room after my shower with a towel around me. In this house, I had my own bathroom...thank goodness. But it was often that Nick would use it to shower, cause Joe would take his to shower when Kevin was in theirs.

"Wear your twin shirt, Sissy," Nick said.

I jumped and whirled. He smiled from his place on my bed.

"You scared me!" I said.

"I know," he replied.

I turned around and got dressed. Our twin shirts were blue with orange writing. Mine said "He's my Twin" with an arrow pointing to the left. Nick's said "She's my Twin" with an arrow pointing to the right. When ever me and Nick were together, somehow he was always on my left, me on his right. On the back, Bubby and Sissy were written. They were gifts from Joe and Kev.

"Let's head out then," Nick said after I had done my make up. I only wore eye make up, nothing else. None of my brothers knew why. To them I was beautiful without all of the products on.

"Hey, I'm David," David Archuleta said, extending his hand to Kevin.

"Kevin," Kevy said, taking his hand.

I was on Nick's right arm. He knew about my crush and was holding me close. He, nor any of my brothers, wanted me dating...or crushing on a guy for that matter. Butterflies were in my stomach as David offered his hand. When my skin touched his, a weird sensation was left over when he pulled away.

"Sissy, we gotta go talk to Ryan and the judges. Why don't you stay with David and Jordin," Nick said.

I nodded and he kissed my cheek. Joe and Kev kissed the top of my head, then walked across the large room. Jordin(Sparks) and I immediately locked arms. We had been friends since the 2007 AMAs.

"So, are you looking forward to tonight?" Jordin asked David.

"Yeah, it's going to be fun," he said in his soft voice. I looked down at my feet.

"Do you think you're going to win?"

"I would love to, but If I don't I'll be happy either way." he said. "Are you looking forward to watching your brothers?"

I looked up to see that he was watching me. We caught each other's gaze and butterflies filled my stomach again.

"Uh, y-yeah. T-They'll do great," I stuttered out.

"Nicki," Jordin said under her breath. I looked down again.

"Well, I loved your performance..." Jordin said.

That started a whole conversation, that lasted for a while. I looked over at my brothers, who were speaking intently with Ryan, Paula, Randy, and Simon. They all had huge smiles on their faces. I was getting sleepy.

"Kiki, we gotta get to the press room," Joe called from across the room. I nodded.

"See you later," I said to Jordin and David.

I hurried over to my brothers, and Nick grabbed my hand. He could tell that I was sleepy. We walked into the press room. Reporters, cameras, yadi yadi yada. Luckily, there was a couch instead of chairs.

Cameras flashed as my brothers waved and sat down on the couch. I glanced up to see that Jordin, David, and a few other contestants were standing in the back. I wasn't in the mood to sit down, considering my bottom was still sore from my spanking last night.

Nick pulled me onto his lap. I snuggled into his chest, and placed my feet in Joe's lap. He just tapped the beat to SOS on them, and smiled. The cameras were flashing furiously. I grabbed Nick's left hand, and began playing with his fingers. I tended to do that a lot, with who ever's lap I was on. I heard my brothers chuckle, and the interview started. My eyes closed slowly, against my will.
