Not much difference can be heard from the video alone.
Basically, you can notice very slight difference from the sound;
the engine rev sound with Green Panel Filter is a little "deeper" or more bass.

The actual difference can be felt when driving; The car is much smoother especially during gear shifting, most apparent during down-shift and speeding off (the engine is more responsive).
