Que se use gallina y no pollo para el guiso, que el cerdo sea desgrasado y la mezcla de maíz pilado tenga un toque de onoto y papelón. Si se quieren comer después, se congelan crudas y al cocinarlas, quedan igualitas, como recién hechas.
