This is a very cool disc echo that was only made for a year or two in the late 1960's. Dallas Arbiter manufactured the units and labeled theirs the Soundimension, and the Fender versions were called the Soundette. It has three fixed recording heads that change the echo from a quick slap-back to either a medium or longer (not too long) delay. I've never seen another one advertised for sale, and if you have any info to add about this unique effect please let me know.
The Soundimension was a different, four-head unit. The Arbiter version of this was also called the Soundette.
