A re-working of one of my oldest videos. I couldn't decide whose perspective to do this from, since both Angel and Cordelia were the best parts of each other, so I went with both. First verse is from Cordy's POV, second verse is from Angel's, and so on and so forth.

This video is so sweet! And the words of the song couldn't be more true when it comes to Angel and Cordy. She made him smile more than anyone, and they gave each other strength to get through anything and everything! They would have been lost without each other, and he was definitely lost when she died. :(

@michelleorsatti they were cheesy and really a bad couple in gerenal! they were so busy arguing about there problems that they never tried to get to know each other it was always kiss kiss argue kiss kiss argue argue kiss! and angel and cordelia had a build up to there love not just fixating on the love at first sight kinda thing!

@michelleorsatti i can understaning him falling for cordelia cos close friends sometimes do fall in love, but as we both agree, buffy was his one true love. he couldnt love darla without a soul and when he had a soul he just "felt" for her and her problems. angel and buffy had that kind of intense love that is true but never meant to last.

@nicelydone31 Exactly! And we also got to see a lot more of Angel around Cordy than around Buffy, since it was his show and Buffy wasn't on it. When he fell for Buffy it was new to him and he was worried, he wasn't the "champion" he turned out to be on Angel yet. Cordy was like a sister to him, not a lover, she was one of the guys and that's why he laughed so much around her. They just never clicked like he and Buffy did =)

@KariMyMusic My thoughts EXACTLY. Buffy was always Angel's true love. Cordy had always been like a sister to him and then suddenly they make them fall in love. That was just wrong and I didn't like it at all. The same goes for Buffy and Spike together, I do like Spike but he and Buffy never felt right =)

For one, Angel was definitely IN LOVE with Cordelia. To try to write it off as the same kind of love he felt for Lorne or Wesley is ridiculous.

As for the, "He lost his soul because he had sex with Buffy," thing, he lost his soul because, he felt a moment of "perfect happiness," and didn't feel any worry or guilt, etc. And he didn't know losing his soul was possible, so he wasn't worried about it. But now, just knowing he can lose his soul makes feeling perfectly happy nearly impossible.

In my mind they were a couple, and a adorable pair. He did love Cordy, he even admits it to Gwen. Even Fred and Lorne wanted them together. Hes heart breaks when she's hurting and her heart breaks when he's hurting. He got so upset when she slept with Connor. I love the way they look at eachother. The 100th ep is my fav. I miss them so much. Its very sad, that they didn't get a happy ending, None of the characters had a happy ending :(
