(To clear a few things up, I was playing the Xbox 360 version of Oblivion. I was also using the worst webcam ever, so I apologise for the appalling quality)
With the release of Battlehorn Castle late last year, I finally decided that it was time to leave Rosethorn Hall. And what better way to round off my adventure than to settle down into a new home fit for a king? I finished moving in earlier on this month, and considering how many items I had to take with me, it didn't take as long as I thought.
I posted my new vid as a video response to this one. Check it out.

Have a look inside my home in Skingrad. It's crammed full of all sorts of treasures from my adventures - many of which are displayed so delicately I have to be careful moving around.
*FAQs*
- Where can I buy this house and its upgrades?
Acquiring Rosethorn Hall is simple enough - just speak with an orc named Shum gro-Yarug. You'll often find him roaming the streets of Skingrad and occasionally see him inside the castle. You need to have a high disposition and fame rating before you can speak with him about the house, mind. The house itself costs a rather hefty 25,000, but it's worth every septim.
You can purchase upgrades to your Skingrad home from Colovian Traders. The furnishings cost 1600 each, and you can buy stuff like balcony upgrades, dining and bedroom upgrades and, coolest of all, display cases, where you can display your weapons for all to see. Here's a map of where to find Colovian Traders in case you have any trouble locating it: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Skingrad_Map (Colovian Traders is #3 on the map).
- How do you place all your stuff so neatly?
There's only one way I go about placing items, and that's by painstakingly nudging and pushing them into the position I want (assuming you're playing the Xbox 360 version, you use the left bumper to pick items up, just in case you didn't know). The annoying thing is that sometimes, after you've gone back to your house after a period of time, you'll find that some of your placed items have somehow shifted out of position. There's no way to avoid this, so it's just a matter of tweaking them back into their rightful place.
For bigger items, like weapons and armour, I use a telekinesis spell. This way, you can force items into position much more easily, since they stay straight as you push and pull them. You can get telekinesis spells from various vendors dotted about Cyrodiil. Check out this page on the Oblivion wiki for more details: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:List_of_Spells_by_Effect#Telekinesis.
- Where can I find the (insert weapon name here)?
I will refer you once more to the marvel that is the Oblivion wiki: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Unique_Items. There you'll find a comprehensive list of every unique sword, shield and staff in the game, so if you're looking for a certain weapon in particular then that is the page to go. Of course, there will be spoilers, so visit it at your own risk.
- Why does the picture quality blow ass?
Because I was using a really old webcam.
- Do YOU blow ass?
I blow a lot of things, but ass isn't one of them.
