I have the original VHS. There's no context at all. She's just talking about monsters, I guess. It comes between the video for Silent All These Years and a live performance of Leather.

I'm not exactly sure there is a context that could explain this video. This is an uncut interview clip that was shown between songs on the Little Earthquakes VHS.
