Surprise, a non-Satch instrumental. Wow, this is a hard PIECE. I think I was able to better, but I really just wanted a run that didn't lag.

I'm pretty sure I made a few charting inconsistencies somewhere (though I attempted to check for any), because I barely copy/pasted at all because I was afraid that there would be minor changes in similar places. And there were.

Also I've only gotten 4* on both Echoes (Echo (Live) and the Echo PIECE). If I find anything else that has Echo in its title I will probably get only 4*.

Also, it's not technically echo - it's reverb. So really, it should be called "The Reverb Piece". Nice one, Gilbert!

I didn't even know Puppetz charted it until about one hour before I made this video. Hmm.

@Mordain607 not really, its a DELAY effect, not reverb. Delay and echo on a guitar are the same thing, hence the name of the song.

BTW, @SUSAltd, a piece is the same as a song, so the name: "The Echo Song", is still technically correct.

@UnknownLefty95 Words become corrupt. I hear people saying "literally" in every phrase whether or not it can be figurative, people writing "should of" as if contractions are nonexistent, and the "how are you/I am WELL" dialogue exchange being (mis)used mostly by, ironically, English teachers.

But I still try to correct them when appropriate.

And French is pretty confusing, too.

@Mordain607 I agree with you there. There is a point in keeping the word 'song', but unfortunately, not everyone's definition of 'song' is giong to be the same. And people are stubborn. They are not going to change their view on the meaning of ONE WORD based on one technicality (even if it is the important one).

Like I said: to the general public, a song is almost any piece of music.

Also remember that the English language is by far the most confusing and stupidest of them all.

I'll give you point two (I don't really care lol) but disagree heavily on point 1.

What's the point in having a word if it doesn't do what it's supposed to? "Song" is supposed to distinguish that the piece of music in question is accompanied by vocals. If it doesn't mean that, what's the point in even having it anymore?

1. To the general public, a song is the same as a piece. Not that many people actually care about that minute difference.

2. Paul Gilbert can call his music whatever he freakin wants. END OF STORY

A song NEEDS singing. Look it up in the dictionary/wiktionary if you don't believe me...
