Dude, you really need to learn how to spell and use correct grammar when you're writing. To be blunt about it, your lack of education will be holding you back for the rest of your life. Also, I advise taking _full ownership_ of a job when, as you put it, you've "been tasked" to accomplish a goal. I don't care if it's scooping dog poo for minimum wage or closing a multimillion dollar deal; OWN IT.

Also, regardless of what you think of him, I would never try to destroy someone's livelihood just because he has terrible interpersonal skills. The fact that he is able to (at least from what he claims) keep such a strong career in sales while we are in a recession is impressive and I would hate to see another person being added to the growing number of unemployed people in the US.

As someone who lives near the Boston area, I talk to people like Paul all the time. He is just your typical cocky city guy. Honestly, I think Dave and the video game community took his response too personally. Yeah, he messed up, but it wasn't all of his fault. Dave was the one who called him a bitch. Paul's email before that told him to "put his big boy hat on", which is very condesending, but Dave was the first one to put in profanity.
