Ancient humans developed great technologies on their own. There is no

reason to think aliens helped them & there is no evidence for it.

Some people want sooooooooo badly for it to have been aliens that they

Likewise, if humans were given technology by aliens, who gave the aliens technology? I suppose other, more ancient aliens did, but somwhere along the line, some species has to come up with technology on their own, so why can't it be humans
