You should spend your time to study the word Bangkok. Why Thailand wanted to call Krong Tep (City of Angel) instead of Bangkok (Lake of Grass) ? Because Bangkok is Khmer name meaning Lake of Grass. The westerner refused to call Krong Tep because Bangkok is the original Khmer name when Khmer ruled Thailand

Groslier died uncompleted mission in Cambodia if he would be alive today, he would appreciate of Khmer people who work so hard to preserve Khmer culture around the globe. My advice to you is to watch Khmer dance and culture created by Khmer people around the globe.

Decline? So UNESCO is so blind giving credit to Cambodia for such a decline Khmer dance and gesture. You don't know how much this dance is alive created by Khmer around the globe. You don't know how much Khmer Buddhist temples are built by Khmer around the globe. Let me tell you only all people of Cambodia disappear then this Khmer dance will decline.
