Tour of Halifax's beautiful urban park, dating back to the Victorian era. The Public Gardens include an array of walking paths, plants and trees from different regions of the world. The newly-restored Horticultural Hall serves as a canteen for visitors. The bandstand is a fixture of the gardens throughout the park's history. Declared a national historic site in 1984, it is truly a gem in downtown Halifax.
