发面用的材料用得太多，用一茶匙就够了，看看袋子的用量吧，发面­时间长短要看室内温度，在大陆北面都很冷，一般人家都省，北美人­家都有暖气，室温高发面时间会很短。

put it in a warmed oven, just a little bit warm, maybe like 70 degrees, it only takes 15 minutes.
