I THINK I found a new Red Dead Redemption glitch. I'm not sure. I mean, I haven't seen it yet in any of the RDR Glitch videos on YouTube yet, but I'll admit I haven't seen ALL of them.
The glitch is, well, I call it "Ice Skating" because John is, well, ice skating! Specifically, as he walks, his character animation is stuck on "standing still". Certain things can "reactivate" his walking animation (like whistling for your horse or falling off something), and other things can "reactivate" the glitch after it's been initially envoked (skinning animals is one way I've found). Using your weapons doesn't deactivate the glitch, as I'll show in another video.
Envoking this glitch is easy!
0a. I was able to do it immediately after the "Civilization, at Any Price" mission, right after you save the train, but I presume it can be done on ANY train.
0b. Also, I initially envoked it using my Bolt Action Rifle, but I presume any rifle--nay, any weapon--will activate the glitch too.
1. Climb on top of a train. Ideally as it's not in motion. Position yourself above a door to climb down from.
2. Choose your rifle weapon and "click" the key you use to aim your weapon.
3. While the rifle is still in your hands (and NOT slung) AND you're not in Aim mode, immediately climb down from the top of the train.
4. As you drop down into the train, the glitch has been activated!
There's a video I've got where John's arm is really goofy looking... Lemme upload it in a sec!
