the sims 3 house building - Modern blue 99 - part 3

this is part 3 and now im finnish with with the first and second floor, i had some bugs in the house but it is fixed now.

i think that would be 2 parts left, one for the furniture, and one part for see the whole house so stay tuned... :P

I just love it how you did the split leveling on the second floor!!! thats soo creative and it looks soo hard please do tell me how to do it!!!!!!!!!!!!! do you just have original sims 3, no add-ons to do all this?????

Do you plan these houses out beforehand- where rooms will go, how big etc, or just make it up as you go along?

i plan a little at the begining when i start to build but then i got new ideas when i have build for a while XD
