Retainers

This is a response to a message i got from another user.
i missed out on a few things.
i drink water and other beverages with my retainers.
and i might delete this soon.
if this doesn't help a lot of people.

i got my mouth molded by the orthodontist and they shove a plate or a mold in your mouth it was bizarre. It's the same mold as the one you get when you get your braces.

i havent warn mi reatianer and mi teeth spaced a part.. when i put mi retainer in it hurts like hell but it fits. can the reatainer move the teeth back since mi actual teeth are painfully sore like thier moviing

yeah i didn't wear mine for 2 weeks because i lost it and it took a while to get new ones and it hurt so bad i almost started crying. :(

mine didn't taste like plastic when i got mine. i have the same type of retainer as you do. mine is purple.

i was told to NEVER use toothpaste on it! and also he said to use hand soap to wash it? LOL difference I think yesssss

How rather unfortunate, that you have to pay for both your braces and your retainers. I never had to pay for mine, the beauty of the NHS.

@WINNONAAA it sticks on there, there will be more of it. And how disgusting is it to have to take out something covering basically your whole mouth that'd full of thick spit and bacteria. It tastes and smells horrible. No thank you

@WINNONAAA *Sigh* If YOU had a half a brain you would know that while you skeep, bacteria grow because you don't swallow and your mouth is usually partly open, why do you think your mouth tastes/smells bad, huh? I havent had my retainers for two and yes indeed they have shifted, but very little and I love them a lot anyways and so don't regret not wearing retainers.
