The song you´re looking for is called "Doing It", performed by La La (LaForest Cope). To my knowledge its unreleased to this day. She has another track in the movie called "Into The Night" which is available on the soundtrack.

MYSTERY SONG #?; What's the name of the song that Double K mixes when he's in Kool Herc's club, it starts exactly when "Monty" walks in the club, and it's in between "into the night" and "perfect beat". It goes, "just as long as you know..., doin' it..., as long as you're doin' it..., it's gonna get tough..., just keep on doin' it...", it's been buggin' me since 1984, somebody please tell me the name of this song!!!
