For children with a rare genetic disorder, the simplest movement can result in a broken bone. A new drug, derived from an ingredient in washing powder, is giving them new hope.

  • @TheAwesomeEclipse Not a lot! I had major(ish) surgery on my femur when I broke it a few years back, then 2 other ops for knee/ tibia, but all in all, when I hit 13 my fractures decreased majorly, bone density is normal now and I'm no longer on the the miracle drug :) can't believe how time flies

  • @elementbambaby123 I have brittle bones too :) I'm 13 and I've broken my legs and arms quite alot :) I go to sheffields children's hospital and it annoys me too cos it ain't a desise your born with it and you can't do anything about it xxxxx -3
